Citywire Charity 10k Run

In the midst of the recent heatwave, 3 of our team at Raymond James, Hampstead made the slightly rash decision to take part in the annual Citywire 10k race.  The weather looked cool for the most part of the day, but as the starters gun was fired, the sun broke through and made things considerably harder!

272 runners took part in the event, raising close to £20,000 for Citywire’s chosen charities, Shelter and St Barnabas House Hospice.

Despite being exhausted at the end, Stuart, Latrena and Andy were delighted to have been able to take part, and we are extremely grateful to our sponsors who helped us raise £2,000 for the two charities.  We and look forward to beating our times in next year’s event and raising more money for some fantastic causes.

More information on the run and two charities can be found here.
